This Regulation describes the rights and obligations linked to the usage of the Relaxinspa online store, effective as of November 12, 2015. Relaxinspa store, operating at, is run by the company:

Sales: The Relaxinspa Store sells products and vouchers via the Internet. It is assumed that by placing an order the Customer has read the provisions and accepted the regulation contained therein and that it is in force to purchase products and vouchers.

Orders: Orders are accepted by the Relaxinspa store via the website In addition, you can place orders by phone and e-mail. (Mon-Fri (8-21.30), Sat (9-17.00). We process orders in Poland and After placing the order, the person submitting the order receives information about the acceptance of the order by e-mail. If no confirmation is received, please contact the shop by e-mail or phone. The shop reserves the right to contact the customer by phone or e-mail to verify the order or contact details. The purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted by the store employee The order begins: a) for orders paid on delivery – when the order is received by the store;

b) for orders paid by bank transfer – when the transfer paying for the order is received on the store’s bank account or on the store’s account in the online payment system. c) for orders paid by credit card – when the amount is credited to the store’s bank account in the payment system, Secure (SSL), payment by WordPay credit card. Orders are processed on business days (Monday-Friday). d) for orders picked up in person – after paying in cash at the store’s headquarters in Warsaw at Sienna 86 street, 3. One of the conditions for the implementation of the contract is the correct completion of the form, by entering correct shipping details and contact details. Each order is accompanied by a sales specification with the item name and VAT receipt or invoice. Price of the products:

All product prices in the Relaxinspa store include VAT and are gross retail prices expressed in Polish zlotys. Prices do not include the shipping costs. All trademarks and company names found in the store have been used for informational purposes only and are the sole property of these companies. The store’s price list does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 paragraph 1 Of the Civil Code. The store reserves the right to change the prices of products on offer, introduce new products to the store’s offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the store’s websites or make changes to them. Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, and added to the price value of each order. The cost of shipping the products depends on the chosen payment method, the value of the entire order and the delivery method.

Payments available in the store: In the store you can choose one of four forms of payment:

Order processing time: The order processing time is given for each product. This is the time that elapses between placing an order and sending the ordered products from the store, with only working days included. An order for goods with different delivery times is sent after all ordered products have been completed, i.e. after the longest time has elapsed (unless the parties to the transaction decide otherwise). The deadline for receiving the shipment is the sum of delivery time. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. Shipments are delivered by: a) Polish Post – priority shipment, delivery time is usually about 24-48 hours.

b) Courier – delivery time is usually around 24 hours.

c) 24/7 parcel lockers – delivery time is usually 48 hours.

Product returns: Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, each Store customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within ten days of receiving the package. Information about the return of goods should be sent in writing by attaching to the returned goods. Goods cannot bear signs of use, copying or destruction, they must be complete. After sending information about the desire to withdraw from the contract, the customer has 14 days to send the goods to the store. Factory secured products cannot be returned after removing the original packaging (foil) or any security measures. Returned goods should be sent in packaging protected against damage. The package with the returned goods must be accompanied by the ticket sales confirmation with a receipt or a VAT invoice. The store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the product. The money will be returned at the latest within 7 business days by bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer. The cost of delivery and returning the goods are not refundable.

Product complaints: All goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you receive a product with technical defects or factory damages, you have the right to complain about the product. A defective product should be sent to the address of the company running the store after prior contact (phone, e-mail). The returned product should be accompanied by a sales confirmation with a receipt (or VAT invoice), information about the defect of the product. All complaints are considered within 21 business days of receipt at the latest (from the moment the package is received from the Customer). Damaged goods will be exchanged for full-value goods, and if this is not possible (e.g. due to exhaustion of circulation), the store will offer other products available in the store or refund the equivalent price of the goods to the buyer. The cost of delivery of the goods in the event of a positive complaint is covered by the store. Final Provisions:

Pursuant to the Act of August 29, 1997. “On the protection of personal data” The customer by registering in the store database voluntarily provides personal data, retaining the right to inspect, change and delete it. Personal data is collected to process the order. All personal data provided by the Customer is confidential and will in no way be shared or sold to other companies or private individuals. The store reserves the right to sell the goods in a different packaging than shown on the store’s website. Differences in the appearance of products ordered and received, which result from incorrectly set parameters of the customer’s monitor, do not constitute a basis for returning the goods. The store is not responsible for orders not completed due to technical reasons (website malfunctioning, incorrect filling of the form, etc.). In the event of incorrect and inconsistent delivery of parcels with customer orders by post and courier companies, the store may apply to these institutions for damages. All personal data obtained during the store’s operation is confidential and protected. Pursuant to the Act of August 29, 1997. “On the protection of personal data”, in no case or in any form will not be disclosed to other persons and other entities. Shop customers have access to the data, the ability to update or delete it. In matters not covered by the regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of March 2, 2000 shall apply. on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, and of the Act of 29 August 1997. about personal data protection.


1.Shipping is carried out by:

Polish Post and Courier company in the territory of the Republic of Poland and the EU carried out within 48 hours of payment of the required amount, including shipping costs to the store’s bank account, or on delivery. Delivery time 3 business days.

The title of the transfer should include the order number (in the case of purchase without registration, the order number will be assigned by the store to the customer manually, which will be notified), and your personal data.

Shipping costs are covered by the buyer (excluding an order that meets the criteria at the seller’s expense)

Courier Shipment:

Valuable shipments of the above weight to be agreed (excluding subpoint “a”, i.e. shipping at the expense of the seller)

a) For orders over PLN 300, the seller covers the shipping cost.

All unusual or special shipments will be made after individual email or telephone arrangement.


Purchased goods are accepted only subject to prior agreement, and that they were not used, have the original packaging, are included in the set (with accessories attached).

Money for returned goods will be sent to the given account or address within 14 business days.

The cost of returns is borne by the buyer – we do not accept cash on delivery parcels (the amount of the fee for return shipping will be settled on the return transfer).

Complaints regarding mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered only on the basis of a complaint protocol written in the presence of the delivery person.

We cover the costs of shipments resulting from incorrect execution of the order by our store.

NOTE: check the contents of the package in the presence of the person delivering them! Returns and complaints should be addressed to the address provided in the store’s contact details.

3. Ordering and Delivery Information

The customer is informed by email about the status of the order.

The store generates the following forms of customer notification:

– Order delivered (Order arrived at the store’s e-mail account – this is not tantamount to accepting the order)

– Order accepted (order accepted by the store and entered into the store’s system – which is equivalent to concluding a purchase purchase agreement)

– Order processed (the order is completed and prepared for dispatch)

– Order goods sent (the goods with the VAT invoice have been sent to the customer’s delivery address)
